About

UCan Brave Tech is a flagship binational initiative designed to accelerate the development, scaling, and deployment of dual-use technologies—solutions that serve both civilian and military applications—through a formal Centre of Excellence (CoE) model.
The initiative links Ukraine’s battlefield-proven defence technologies with Canada’s advanced R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization ecosystem, creating a secure, trusted corridor for joint innovation. Modelled on a framework based on traditional centres of excellence, UCan Brave Tech provides a foundation for long-term economic recovery, industrial modernization, and sovereign technology development in both countries.
