Yuliia Marcinkoski is the Project Director of UCan Brave Tech, co-founder and a strategist in innovation and partnerships. She brings deep expertise in building international technology alliances, engaging institutional partners, and promoting Ukrainian deeptech solutions in global markets. Yuliia coordinates efforts between government bodies, investors, R&D centers, and defense clusters across both countries. Her vision is to establish a reliable bridge between Ukrainian technologies and Western security and innovation infrastructure.
Volodymyr Hnapovskyi
Director of Technology & Innovation
Volodymyr Hnapovskyi is the Technology Advisor for UCan Brave Tech and a co-founder with deep roots in both the Ukrainian defense tech ecosystem and the Canadian innovation landscape. With hands-on experience in developing and scaling UAV and dual-use technologies, he provides strategic guidance on product development, system integration, and cross-border commercialization. His mission is to ensure that Ukraine’s breakthrough technologies reach global impact through secure, scalable, and sustainable pathways.
Vitaliy Milentyev
Finance & International Partnerships Advisor
Portfolio Manager at Cornerstone Fiduciary Wealth Management / Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the National Depository of Ukraine.Vitaliy is a seasoned financial professional with over 17 years of experience operating in both Ukrainian and Canadian markets. As Vice-President and Portfolio Manager at Cornerstone Investment Counsel, he expertly manages high-value portfolios and advises on investment strategy and financial planning. In addition to his financial acumen, Vitaliy is actively engaged in the business community, serving as President of the Alberta branch of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce.
